Annual Renewal Grace Period: Your annual membership renews automatically each year on your original sign-up date.

You have a 3-day grace period after a yearly renewal to request a refund of that renewal charge.

Example: If your renewal date is August 15, you may request a refund until August 18. After the grace period, the renewal is non-refundable and your cancellation will apply to the next billing year.

How to Cancel:
